Is it possible to dev a server plugin to support text ,pdf book reading without any changing to the client

Hi , I switched my media server from plex to emby  two months ago, it's wonderful that supporting so many content types. but it's really pitty without supporting text,pdf book file reading as i  got lots of comic book in pdf . So i am wondering to dev a server plugin to support this feature, but i dont want to chang the client side, iOS development is too much to me .  Any suggestion is helpful

Hi, technically yes you could get them into the library but that's all you could do. To actually play or do anything with them would require development in emby apps.
