Not sure if this is a bug or not, but I'd like to request this a feature of not.

Extras etc... do not show if there are multiple versions of a movie grouped together.

I'll have to try that. I have one for testing with a lowercase extras folder and that is working OK. @@Happy2Play what about you?

Only looked at "Extras" but they worked in 4.3 and don't in 4.4, 4.5.

What are the contents of the movie folder?

So far so have 2 movies this is affecting,

Both have the same file structures, the folders are;

Alien (1979)/

Alien (1979)-Theatrical Cut.mkv

Alien (1979)-Theatrical Cut.en.srt

Alien (1979)-Director's Cut.mkv

Alien (1979)-Director's Cut.en.srt

extras/

Director's Cut Intro

The other movies file structure is the same except the movie is Aliens and as a test I renamed the sub folder specials and in both cases emby still doesn't show the Intro extra.

I'm running version 4.4.1.0.

Extras do work as I have other movies with only one version and emby shows the extras.

Thanks for replying.

Yes none multi-version movie extras continue to work, the issue only applies to multi-version media.

Ok thanks. So this is a bug not a "feature" needing to be requested?

I would say so, since it worked in previous version.

As a test can you try adding a new movie and see if it's any different?

A single movie or multiple versions? I just added both versions of alien resurrection with an extra file and still the same the extra doesn't appear.

All single version of movies with extras display the extras without issue.

Since the update, if I import a film with multiple versions, it doesn't display the extras on the page.  Here's an example of what I mean:

I don't know if this should be a separate thread, but I've also found that since the update TV Shows are throwing all of my "Extras" folders into the "Specials" folders.  I preferred these a lot more when they were separated.

It will be resolved for the next release. Thanks.

Is there going to be a patch sent out, or will this be fixed on the next official release?

Is there an estimate on when that would be? Since an update was just released, I'd imagine it's a few months away?

I would think so unfortunately

That is unfortunate since this particular error affects so many films.

I was struggling to figure out why i could not see the extras for a movie. I had followed your naming conventions but still no luck. I finally tried removing a second version of the movie stored in the same folder, re-scanned and now it shows up. Below is the structure:

/movies-kids/

      /The Goonies (1985)/

             The Goonies (1985) - 1080p.mkv

             The Goonies (1985) - 1080p Video Commentary.mkv

      /Extras/

             Deleted Features.mkv

The file i removed was The Goonies (1985) - 1080p Video Commentary.mkv and it worked.
