Cool thanks, so is there a way to make emby download subtitles in one go? Its really only a few programs, just wondering can you force sub downloads.

I understand but i dont have this option on this program, i have open subtitles installed as it was installed as default and made an account.

Did you ensure your emby user is granted permission to download subtitles?

100% admin user everthing is ticked. I tried other tv shows and i still dont have subtitle option

Its showing that subtitles are being downloaded, after the download will I have this option ?

Oh wait, I looked again at your screenshot. Your screenshot is from the series folder.

 

Try using the 3-dot menu on individual videos, such as episodes or movies.

Cool mate that worked thanks, now i have this problem... i understand its being converted/transcoded but the quality is very poor, is there a way to chnage a setting.

Ok, Xvid/divx is always tricky. I imagine it's only happening with those, right?

Yep seems to be just them, the quality is really poor when it's being transcoded... Are there any settings for this type of issue.

You customized server transcoding settings. Whenever you run into something like this, the first thing you should try is resetting those back to default:
