Playback doesn't begin for appx 60 seconds

Hi All,

 

Emby Server version: 4.4.0.40
Emby Theater version: 3.0.11 (windows desktop, not Store)

In Emby Theater, when I begin playback of any video media files I get the spinning wheel for about 60 seconds before playback begins.

Once playback starts, everything is peachy.

This does not occur if I playback within the browser on the same computer.

 

This does not occur if I playback from other clients:
- Browser on another computer
- Android mobile app 3.1.14
- Roku 3 & 4: 3.0.212
- Android TV app: 1.7.92
- iOS app: 1.9.4

This issue only presents itself within Emby Theater.
Any thoughts?

What sort of logs might I need to grab to provide here?
