Episode Images are missing

Hi,

I currently have an issue whereby some, but not all, of the TV Shows episodes are missing their episode image. I am able to add the image back in manually in Metadata Manager by selecting the episode, edit image, then the search button. It then brings up the episode artwork and i can add it fine. However, when i run a refresh metadata, including to replace all images, either at the season or show level, it won't update. I have literally thousands of episodes so am not able to do this for every episode.

 

Does anyone have any ideas?

Hi Luke, I have tried it on the episode, the season, the series and doing a manual refresh from the scheduler. Is there a way to delete all images and associated links that Emby creates, essentially start again without having to do a full refresh?

Can you go over an example, try it again, and then attach the emby server log? Thanks.
