blue screen on half the screen when looking at movie collections

When i look at a movie collection i get a blue screen on right hand side of screen blocking out some of the collection

and as you can see it's not on all the collections

been going on for the last week or so does not effect emby on samsung tv it's only on windows but 

it's annoying if trying to do something on right hand side of collection

any ideas

I have switched to google chrome browser 

i will see how i get on with that

it seems to happen when i refresh edge browser 

did that now and went to a collection and half screen was blue

went to google chrome it was perfect on same collection
