Server Blocked From Install Win10

I cant install server on windows 10. I see this is a very common problem through my searching. I see the fix involves a tweak to the registry however that registry path does not exist on my laptop, what can i do to fix this guys?

 

the path suggests

 

 \HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\.NETFramework\Security\TrustManager\PromptingLevel

 

i can only browse  to

 

 \HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\

I found where i went wrong, the .Net Framework folder was at the top of the folder list and not between M and O.
