User can not see "pause, fast forward"

Hey, i installed emby windows theater for a user....

 

He can not see any buttons because its all blacked out. I change the theme but same problem.

 

The writing is black "fast forward etc" 

 

Anything I can try, I did a reinstall via teamviewer but same problem.

Sorry just an update, i can not get hold of him he works on oil rigs.

 

I think he might of messed with windows theme and that might be causing issues. When I can get back on his laptop ill get the screenshot
