Negative playback percentage

As a test, does it occur if you disable hardware transcoding on the server?

No playback with hardware transcoding disabled. It's just a black screen with the playback OSD and the playback counter stuck at 0:0.

It's a DVD source. Blu-ray sources apparently work fine (Aliens, Terminator), as do 4K sources. User seems to be testing in Safari on a tablet or phone now, so it's not an Apple TV issue, although on the dashboard playback appears to be normal rather than the weird negative number from before.

I've included a few logs, not sure what they are as the user is still testing things as I type. There should be at least one successful and one unsuccessful playback though.

A thought: is MPEG2 the issue?

I didn't go through every single log, but in the the first one it doesn't appear you actually disabled it.

Odd. I was sure I had, but it's definitely still enabled.

Were you able to try disabling it?
