I would like to customize the layout?

 

Also is it possible to disable coverart for a single folder?

Yes, under the main config page you can specify paths to folders to ignore

This is great - Only problem is that nothing happens when I press the add folder button?

UPDATE: Works on the phone not in Chrome.....
