Movie Playback

Hello all.

 

i am have an issue. i had download some movie to my server, but i am getting an error stating playback, error too many errors. moving on. can someone tell why am i getting this with the movie i input on my server

Nobody can tell you why you're getting an error unless you explain what the error is and how you encountered it, no.

i don't know how to explain it. all the video's that i have are mp4 format. i have other video on my server are old. the older ones are working fine but not the new ones are giving me that issue. i have my Emby server running on a VM. I'm wondering if i need to change something on my setting
