TV Show is downloaded but shows as missing

Hi,

 

I have a support account. I am having a frustrating problem where TV shows will download to the correct folder (usually via SickRage and SABnzbd) but they show as missing in Emby. Sometimes if I refresh the show the episode will appear. Other times it won't and I will reboot the machine. Eventually it shows up. This isn't an issue of me being impatient waiting for the library to update because I will download the show at 6 AM and go to watch it at 10 PM the next day and it is missing. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

If this is the same there are several topics on this.  Basically if the same issue, Real Time monitoring does not purge the virtual Missing item and is removed during scheduled task scan on manual scan.

 

If you run a full Library scan do these episodes appear?

 

If you go to User Preferences (user icon)-Display and deselect "Display missing episodes within seasons", do these episode appear properly?

I apologize for not reading further down. Refreshing that library folder has mixed results. I will try the setting change. Thank you.
