Odd question - MacGyver and Nancy Drew - old artwork/series info?

So loving me some Emby, but there is an odd thing. Two shows, different networks, are displaying cover art and series info from their original runs (i.e.; MacGyver shows Richard Dean Anderson as the star, and tile art from the original 1985 series).

I assume I have a setting wrong somewhere, but not sure where to focus. Suggestions?

Hi, try using the Identify feature to correct them. Please see if this helps. Thanks.

Do you mean in live TV, or in shows/episodes that you have in your library?

Kewl Beans! Thanks Luke!

So much to learn, but I think I've found my new 'home' for media serving....

Thanks -

I don't have live TV via Emby. I use a Tablo for recording my OTA programs, then feed them to Emby for playback. So it is recorded shows. Not sure why the artwork / info originally seized on the old series, but the Identify function is slick as snot and fixed me right up.

Great, glad you got it working!  Emby really is pretty awesome.  I had been looking for a modern replacement for my old media software (JRiver) that would work well on the Nvidia Shield, but I didn't want to lose some of my advanced features.  I have been able to get Emby to do everything I needed!
