Missing Movie

Hey all, Hopefully this is a quick one.

 

I've just added 2 mp4 files into my movie folder and scanned the library but it hasn't picked one of them up. 

Is there a way to manually force the library to add the file? I've restarted the server and scanned all libraries as well as the movie library on it's own. 

Running Emby 4.4.0.40 on Windows 10 

 

Everything else seems to be functioning fine.

If you told us the actual names of the files, that might help.  For instance, could they both have been picked up and then combined as versions?

Cheers guys I didn't think about it just being picked up as a duplicate of a film I already had.

So I set up a new library and put the film that wasn't getting picked up in the folder by itself. EMBY picked it up as a film I already had (a completly wrong film!) but then I could find it and sort the identity issue out.
