Emby clients cannot connect to server

Yesterday after an update, none of the clients are able to connect to my emby server. I have a dedicated laptop where the server is installed, and an external network hard drive where all the movies and tv shows are located at.

 

Any help is appreciated.

Hi. Check your firewall.  Sometimes an update will reset some of the rules or create new ones.

After restarting windows, i got a message asking me to allow the program in the firewall, i accepted it, but did not correct the issue.

I would make sure there are no blocking rules and go through our troubleshooter.
