Afternoon i will enclose my tv firmware and Emby Client Version at the end.  I have a Samsung TV where i'm having issues connecting to a media server. Each time i put the info in i get an error saying i can't connect. 

 

Samsung model number: UN55H6350

Samsung firmware version:T-MST14AKUC-2210.2

 

Samsung Emby client version #:0.122

And how are you doing that, by entering their server address?

I'm entering the Media Server's address and port #. I confirmed it works i did the same steps on my Tablet and it connected fine.

Is it an https address or http?

Please pass this information on to the owner of the Emby Server: Most likely the problem is the SSL certificate. Samsung devices are very picky about what certificates the devices will trust and there's no way for us to override this. And especially for an older Samsung device such as this, you may have to allow plain http access in order for them to be able to connect.
