Install Emby Beta?

Been doing some searching, and I am confused.

I signed up for premium, I feel it is the least I can do as much as I use the service.

I entered the license key inside my running server config, and it likes it.  Yay!

I have been seeing some of the new features in 4.4 that I think are interesting, and I would like to check them out.  Question is...

How the heck do I get my hands on the install?  There is no way on emby.media to show that I am a premium member, hence can get the beta.  All I see under then download screen for windows is the regular installer.

I see that I can change the version from the link in the dashboard, but that just gives me release notes.

Did some searching, but I am missing something.

Also, can I install the beta in a separate location/different media library location?  I assume no, but thought I would ask.

Anyone can try the Beta... 'Website' link @ top of this page. Select 'Download'. Select 'Beta Channel'.

go to the emby web site and download the beta server

yes you can run two servers (windows) on the same machine - make sure you change the default ports in the dashboard (have existing server off) to new numbers say 8096 to 9096 etc

same prem key will work in both servers

[edit to slow!] :)

Oh, so if I want the Beta, I have to click the Beta Link??

Wow I feel dumb!!!

I swear that link wasn't there the 3 times I looked.  I swear, it was the internet gremlins.

I blame having the flu.

In order to run 2 installations, do I need to run one as a portable?  I don't see a beta portable option, so I assume if so, the release version as a portable.

Or when I install the beta, can I install it to a different location so it doesn't overwrite the existing installation?

Yes you'll need to run one of them portable.
