mfortuna1975 1 Posted March 21, 2020 Posted March 21, 2020 So I paid for the lifetime Emby Premier because this was an amazing product. The problem was I was adding users after I setup my server and library, but when I added the 3rd user it froze on me and then I could not get back into my library. I ended up closing everything (which I think was a mistake). Then I kept getting an error that I could not log into my server and I got so frustrated I ended up deleting my server (even bigger mistake). I figured I can just re-add it. I have been trying for hours to do so, but I cannot. I keep getting saying connection failure. I entered the IPv4 Address, but nothing. I uninstalled Envy and figured if I reinstall it, it would go through the easy process, but nothing...help!!
mfortuna1975 1 Posted March 21, 2020 Author Posted March 21, 2020 Forgot to add that I cannot see my dashboard at all. It only brings me to the server screen that is empty. I entered my username and password, but it just brings me back to this screen. Any ideas?
