CyberManX 2 Posted March 20, 2020 Posted March 20, 2020 (edited) When obtaining metadata for "Flipping 101 w/ Tarek El Moussa", Emby is unable to properly resolve the show "Flipping 101 w/ Tarek El Moussa". I assume it has to do with the "/" in the title. Current folder\filename structure: M:\TV\F\Flipping 101 w Tarek El Moussa\Flipping 101 w Tarek El Moussa - S##E## - [EPISODENAME].ext It roots the folder labeling the TV show as "F" and absorbing all shows as part of "F" showing up under Seasons. I could put the show in any letter folder and it does the same (ie. "A" with "Flipping 101 w Tarek El Moussa" shows "A" on Emby and all shows inside the folder show up as Seasons). TVDB Link: https://thetvdb.com/series/flipping-101-with-tarek-el-moussa I have tried using the alias for naming, but still has the same behavior. Edited March 20, 2020 by CyberManX
Luke 42080 Posted March 20, 2020 Posted March 20, 2020 Hi yes due to the 101 in the name, I think this series will work better if you have season folders for it. Please try that and see if it helps. Thanks.
CyberManX 2 Posted March 21, 2020 Author Posted March 21, 2020 (edited) To resolve, I simply removed the "101" from the folder name like below: M:\TV\F\Flipping w Tarek El Moussa\Flipping 101 w Tarek El Moussa - S##E## - [EPISODENAME].ext The filename containing "101" was fine, it was just the folder. Issue resolved. Thanks... Edited March 21, 2020 by CyberManX
