I get::: this is happening to all movies.. new adds or old movies... I did notice the fanart.tv website has changed it look.. could there be coding issues???
Happy2Play 9783 Posted March 20, 2020 Posted March 20, 2020 Just because you see them on their website doesn't mean much. 99% of the time their api has issues and times out and you see that in your server log. But this image would suggest there is a issue with your images or maybe a cache issue on server or client. Server log should show more info.

One of the devs over there said it was being caused by a increase in traffic over the last 2 days. They are suppose to be bringing another server online to help with load balancing, which should alleviate the time outs(why your logos and thumbs are missing).

Just wondering if I should keep a list as I add media. Thanks for the help If Emby is showing empty images like in post 7 you will have to manually delete them or do a Refresh w\ replace all images.
