Playback controls screen not updating when casting video

When casting video, and keeping the playback controls screen up (see attached screenshot), the progress bar never updates and when the episode changes over, the screen remains on the first episode that was opened. If I go back, and then re-open the controls they show the updated episode/timestamp that it currently is at, but will still not update as the episode plays. I checked for logs, but I have no logs folder, only a downloads folder. I'm using the latest version of emby app (3.1.7)

I just checked and yes, the notification is updating correctly during playback.

I can confirm having the same issues. I will try and upload a video of this tomorrow. (really late) But, basically nothing updates, even icons stay the same regardless of interaction.

Been like this for quite some time now, probably close to 10 days?(guess)
