Audio Delay With Dolby Digital Plus

I'm trying out Emby on my Fire Stick 4K.  Most videos play flawlessly but I noticed I'm getting noticeable delay in the audio if the video uses Dolby Digital Plus (eac3).  Logs are attached.  Any suggestions on how to further troubleshoot would be greatly appreciated.

It plays properly through the web app on my laptop.  I will try the webapp on the Fire Stick later today as well.

I had a similar delay through the web app on the TV I've been testing on (LG).  I tested on the other two TVs in my house and had interesting results. 

 

On an Insignia TV using the same model of Fire TV Stick 4K I saw the same delay both with the Emby app and through the web.

 

On a Vizio TV using a previous generation Fire TV 4K (from 2017?) I did not see delays from either.

 

This leads me to believe it's either related to the newer Fire TV Sticks or something else with my TV or soundbar.  It's still weird that it's only this codec though.

Is the audio delay built into the file? You can check with a tool like MediaInfo.

I can check MediaInfo but the same delay is occurring for any file using eac3.

I took a look at a few of my eac3 files and they do seem to indicate a delay.  However the delay is pretty minimal (~10ms) and audio is off by 200+ ms.

I also tried using the LG app to bypass the Fire TV Stick but the same thing occurred.  I'm wondering if this might just be an issue with my TV and sound bar since it doesn't seem to be happening for others.
