Add 'Downloaded' button under downloaded videos

In Emby on Android, can we add that cloud 'Downloaded' button to videos that are loaded on to the device, so that once finished watching, it's easy to remove the video off the device?  Right now, you have to navigate to the video on the server, and then press the 'Downloaded' cloud button for it to ask you to remove it.  It'd be nice to do this right from the downloaded video screen, especially for when the server is unavailable.

 

Screen 1 is how it looks when you're looking at it via the server, and has the 'Download' / 'Downloaded' cloud button.

Screen 2 is the offline video version, where there currently isn't that button, only 'Delete' which DELETES the video from the entire library.

That's not completely correct. The only reason the button says that is because the confirmation dialog for the delete button uses the same message as the delete button for remote downloads (ie. first screen). I can say with 100% certainty that the delete button on downloaded media will NOT delete your remote item, only your local one. (feel free to make a copy of the media if you're not certain)

Hi.  You can manage all your downloaded content on the device by pressing the "cog" button next to the "My Downloads" row on the home screen.

 

But, being able to do this on the detail page is a good idea too.

Interesting, though shouldn't this be changed so the dialogue reads properly?  Right now it 100% sounds like it WILL delete the media from everywhere, server included:  "Deleting this item will delete it from both the file system and your media library".

 

Either way, thank you for clarifying this for me, I was always too scared to push the button to try it myself.

Yes, I've used the cog too; this is totally the lazy person in me asking for this feature.  Because when you end watching a video, you land back on that video detail page, and it'd be so convenient to tap and remove it right there.  Thank you for hearing my suggestion!  I frickin love Emby.

It's a generic delete dialog but it will delete only the local version.
