Video screen is blank when playing, but I have audio

Using the Android app, the video playback is just a black screen when playing, but I can hear the audio.

 

I tried versions 3.1.7, 3.1.5 and 3.0.59.

 

Video playback via web browser works just fine.

 

My Ember server version is 4.3.1.0

 

Any ideas?  I can post a log if needed. Just need to know how to scrub personal data from it.

Hi there, what device and version of android?

Try Emby for Android TV. It seems to work through DEX for me. Hopefully they can use the one to determine why the other doesn't work.

Also make sure you turn off updates for it!
