Volume slider using finger

Hi,

 

I am on server code ver 4.3.1.0 Windows x64 using chrome browser on android 7.1.1 and android 9, and have a question...

 

Q: In Previous server code, ver 4.1.1.0 and ver 3.5.3.0, I was able to use my finger to control the volume by sliding up or down on the right side of the screen while watching movies, and brightness on the left side.... Was this removed? Or is it something I can enable, or is my setup wrong?

Hi, we've removed it for now because it was becoming increasingly common that users were accidentally triggering it. We may look to restore it in future updates if we can find another way. Thanks.

Thank you for a quick answer....

 

Maybe you should add a double tap to it or use two fingers to trigger it if possible... it is certainly very handy, especially for volume as the tablet speakers are not so good...

Probably something like a circular gesture would be more likely.

Actually that's not a bad idea... I use something similar on my air Manager app (for flight sim) to turn knobs.... that works
