Shield app update?

Did you guys push a update on the shield recently? All my users are complaining about choopy playback and all of them are on shield. Everything else works fine, chrome, phone.. just shield users. 

 

IPTV playback is choppy no matter what settings.

Hi.  There are instructions in the link above for sending a log from the app.

 

Can you also explain exactly what "choppy" means?  This is only with your m3u provider?

It will play for few sec and stop and start back up.. never had issues till last 2 days and all of them reported that they got a update and updated their software. Since then, it started after that update. NO other times we had problems. I run the m3u on vlc and works just fine. They try ohter devices and works, but their nvidia's is their main system and its just like frames skipping or just flat out freezing every 4 secs

Updates to our app are silent so I'm guessing they actually installed a Shield firmware update...?
