Playback error

Hi guys

 

I'm finding a really strange issue.

 

A specific episode in my library is not playing, despite having 4 files associated with it (2 4K files and 2 1080p files)

 

I keep getting: "No compatible streams are currently available. Please try again later or contact your system administrator for details."

 

I tried checking the logs but I don't see anything out of the ordinary.

I've also tried checking if it was a device specific issue but it happens also on the iOS app and firestick app so it's not app specific.

 

If anyone could help me it would be greatly appreciated as I have no idea how to fix this. I've tried a library re-scan, but that didn't work. I've checked the paths for the files and they do exist and are in the right folder and named accordingly.

I can submit an app for the iphone. The firetv will be harder as the person for the testing is away at the moment.

 

EDIT: I see there's no option to do so via the iOS app. Do the server logs not help at all?

EDIT2: I also have an nvidia shield. Would I be able to submit anything from there?

I've just tried this on the shield and the files seem to work there. 

 

I'm trying to send the logs. I've enabled the debug log option however I don't see an option to send them?

 

EDIT: Also inexplicably the files now seem to play on the browser!

EDIT2: Same with the iOS app!

Just wanted to add to this it's not just happening on android TV, but any device I try to play it on.

 

Interestingly, if you download the file, it does ofc play with no issues so wondering what the hell
