Luke 42079 Posted March 17, 2020 Posted March 17, 2020 hi @@privateyes server Are you still running into this?
macki_b 0 Posted March 18, 2020 Posted March 18, 2020 I also have this problem. Fanart is not loading(broken image) but all other metadata is there. Pulling fanart from Tmdb does not work properly. Emby server on Freenas
Happy2Play 9781 Posted March 18, 2020 Posted March 18, 2020 I also have this problem. Fanart is not loading(broken image) but all other metadata is there. Pulling fanart from Tmdb does not work properly. Emby server on Freenas Please provide a server log. As for the log above I don't see any provider queries.
Luke 42079 Posted March 18, 2020 Posted March 18, 2020 hi @@privateyes server Have you checked the settings for your movie library to make sure that the MovieDb image fetcher is enabled? 1
Luke 42079 Posted March 18, 2020 Posted March 18, 2020 hi @@privateyes server Have you checked the images that Fanart and MovieDb have available for your movies in your chosen image language?
privateyes server 0 Posted March 18, 2020 Author Posted March 18, 2020 The problem is that the posters can be found online at fanart but do not download automatically (this is about movies that were already on them before the SWITCH of the HDD)
Luke 42079 Posted March 18, 2020 Posted March 18, 2020 Did you check the language of the posters and compare them to your configured image download language?
privateyes server 0 Posted March 18, 2020 Author Posted March 18, 2020 The language of the posters selected is 'ORIGINAL
Luke 42079 Posted March 18, 2020 Posted March 18, 2020 There is no such thing as original language. Where are you seeing that? @@Happy2Play ?
privateyes server 0 Posted March 18, 2020 Author Posted March 18, 2020 (edited) Prefered image Downloadlanguage = 'blank' Edited March 18, 2020 by privateyes server
Luke 42079 Posted March 18, 2020 Posted March 18, 2020 There is no such thing as original language. Where are you seeing that? Can you please answer this? thanks.
Happy2Play 9781 Posted March 18, 2020 Posted March 18, 2020 There is no such thing as original language. Where are you seeing that? @@Happy2Play ? Not that I am aware of. Prefered image Downloadlanguage = 'blank' If you don't have a Preferred image download set, I believe your Preferred Metadata and or system language is used.
privateyes server 0 Posted March 19, 2020 Author Posted March 19, 2020 I have nothing changed at the settings of the image fetchinglanguage since I changed my hdd. It works before. By backuping my HDD I Lost several images (+2000) posters, background, logo) and By rescanning the HDD, the images are no longer automatically supplemented
Luke 42079 Posted March 19, 2020 Posted March 19, 2020 Can you please answer the question from earlier when you said this: The language of the posters selected is 'ORIGINAL Where did you see that?
Luke 42079 Posted March 19, 2020 Posted March 19, 2020 So you left it blank, that means it will use your metadata language, which is Dutch. Did you check fanart to see what dutch images they have available?
privateyes server 0 Posted March 19, 2020 Author Posted March 19, 2020 why: If I manually add a movie NOW to the media library (an English language) why will a poster be downloaded (English language) and not the language of my system (Dutch). however, when scanning for missing metadata (including images), new NO images are downloaded.
Riggs 312 Posted March 23, 2020 Posted March 23, 2020 I have the same problem with fanart after the latest update of the plugin 1.7. it start with problems with the images. The images are pulled faster and fine from TMDB, but not from fanart. The plugins was working fine for several months, now, again it is lazy pulling the fanart images or don't pull the images at all. Not sure if it is a fanart problem with the API or some restriction in the plugin. Thanks. PS. My account is VIP on fanart and my API key is okay.
