Cthalpa 11 Posted March 6, 2020 Posted March 6, 2020 I've read the WIKI on how to do TV naming. How ever, I am not able to find any information on how I am supposed to name 1 episode thats in 2 parts. I have tried to name the episode as such:First part = s01e01 pt1 and the second part = s01e01 pt2 I've tried different versions (part 1/part 2) and so on, but nothing works.Does Emby support parts in episodes in tv shows?

xlerate 8 Posted May 24, 2022 Posted May 24, 2022 Any update on this ? Is it a request at all? Just noticed this with season 4 of Big C where every episode is in 2 parts.

mbo 12 Posted May 18, 2024 Posted May 18, 2024 Any update on this topic? I have the problem that the german version is split into two parts each: https://www.themoviedb.org/tv/44264-endeavour/season/9
pwhodges 2012 Posted May 18, 2024 Posted May 18, 2024 The answer, as ever, is just to join the halves together using MKVToolNix. Paul
mbo 12 Posted May 18, 2024 Posted May 18, 2024 Luke said "not yet". So just wanted to ask. But if he change it to "never" it is fine and i will stop asking.
Luke 42080 Posted May 18, 2024 Posted May 18, 2024 We will get there although that recommendation will still always stand I would say.
Happy2Play 9782 Posted May 20, 2024 Posted May 20, 2024 We are halfway there as file stacking works per naming scheme but currently does not automatically play additional parts for TV. But I guess could be a bug as it was not intended to work yet.
