CBers 7450 Posted February 29, 2020 Posted February 29, 2020 Didn't have a problem with Emby adding it here. Make sure you IDENTIFY it correctly. TheMovieDB ID = 512200 IMDB ID = tt7975244 1

chrisrobbins1970 82 Posted February 29, 2020 Author Posted February 29, 2020 this is the ONLY movie i cant seem to add.
Horsey 0 Posted February 29, 2020 Posted February 29, 2020 the version i added to mine without a issue was Jumanji.The.Next.Level.2019.1080p.WEB-DL.DD5.1.x264-CMRG.mkv in a folder just named jumanji the next level
chrisrobbins1970 82 Posted February 29, 2020 Author Posted February 29, 2020 yep named it Jumanji The Next Level (2019).. this is what I get from screenshot
chrisrobbins1970 82 Posted February 29, 2020 Author Posted February 29, 2020 ive removed it.. re-scrapped.. added back in.. still not adding metadata
Horsey 0 Posted February 29, 2020 Posted February 29, 2020 add the metadata manually. mine says Jumanji: The Next Level also try indentify and jumanji that will pull up the cover
chrisrobbins1970 82 Posted February 29, 2020 Author Posted February 29, 2020 tried that... used Jumanji to identify..and i get..screenshot...
Horsey 0 Posted February 29, 2020 Posted February 29, 2020 (edited) how odd cause i get Edited February 29, 2020 by Horsey
chrisrobbins1970 82 Posted February 29, 2020 Author Posted February 29, 2020 i know this happened one other time before and I had to manually add all the metadata
samuelqwe 317 Posted February 29, 2020 Posted February 29, 2020 (edited) I would make sure you have the proper movie metadata downloaders set up for the library in which the movie resides in. You might have one of the providers that provides the metadata disabled. There's really only two options, but if you have TheMovieDB enabled, it should show up. Edited February 29, 2020 by samuelqwe
chrisrobbins1970 82 Posted February 29, 2020 Author Posted February 29, 2020 ok.. i may have spoke too soon... turns out other movies are having same issues... Emby not scrapping and old movies..WTF
samuelqwe 317 Posted February 29, 2020 Posted February 29, 2020 thought if that... Since you have everything enabled, it's really odd that it's not showing up for you. Perhaps the API requests are being blocked somewhere, however that shouldn't be the case if Plex still fetches the metadata for you.

Luke 42077 Posted February 29, 2020 Posted February 29, 2020 logs... It didn't even make any attempts to fetch internet metadata. Are you sure you configured the settings for the right library? How many Emby libraries have you created?
Luke 42077 Posted February 29, 2020 Posted February 29, 2020 Also I would use the metadata editor on that movie to check and make sure the metadata isn't locked for that title.
chrisrobbins1970 82 Posted February 29, 2020 Author Posted February 29, 2020 one library, just for movies
Luke 42077 Posted February 29, 2020 Posted February 29, 2020 Ok then I would check the metadata lock for that title.
