Very slow with large catelogue

I've just come from Plex a day or so ago and trying out Emby using a share before I convert my whole server.

 

The LG app can't handle a movie folder with large amount of movies around 10k. Navigation goes to a crawl, 3+ seconds to respond etc. When going back to the home screen it doesn't recover it's speed so have to restart TV.

 

Android app and Roku work fine with this library and the LG app for Plex works fine also.

 

I can record a video to show but I guess this is very easy to replicate.

Is this something that is being addressed?
