Emby ignores multiple countries in NFO

Was looking at the database to see how Emby handles countries in NFO files, to hopefully use in smart playlists. It appears that Emby just uses the last country in the NFO file if there's more than one, whereas for genre it imports all the genres and separates them in the table with a pipe ('|'). There's a separate listing in the database for trailers, and oddly enough for the trailer it maybe scrapes from TMDB or IMDB and does get more than one country, but doesn't read these properly for the main movie from the NFO.
