Fire TV: Hide empty chapter images / section

Is there a way to hide chapter images? I dont want the feature of extracting chapter images since my content is on gdrive, and extracting them wound mean that on scan

all of the content would be downloaded by rclone mount, i want to avoid that and not use it, but i want to hide the section where empty chapter images are shown on movie detail page since

i dont want to extract them at all.

 

 Possible with change to some xml config or something ?

Can you provide and example. 

 

There is a option per library for interval/chapter images that has to be enabled to get them.  All items without this do not have a chapter row on details screen, unless this is client/app specific.  Dashboard-Library per library show Advanced settings, scroll down to Thumbnail images interval

 

For items with them you would need to delete the chapters folder in each \metadata\library\xx\xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx item folder.  If you have/had interval image you would have a bif file in those folders or with media if you selected that option.

Yes you are right, just tried on fresh emby install it does not show row with chapters. Seems some issue on my old install will try to figure it out.

Really does not matter since im starting from scratch cos i have pretty old emby install, its time for fresh start to use that new features of database and other things since

my main emby install is like 3y old.

If possible I would wait for 4.4 to be released as there are Sortname changes that require a new database.  But I can not say how long until it is release though.

Well i fired up emby on firestick and all movies shows chapter line without images  guess we cannot hide that after all since its also app related ?

@@Happy2Play I started new server with 4.4.0.16, is the new DB active in that version or it will be in stable release ? Can u give us more details about that ?
