App error but debug log not showing up to send...

Hello - 

 

 

I'm having an issue playing an old SD episode - it's giving me the giving up too many errors and starts the nexr episode as normal.   Except there's no log file to send in the main menu.   I have it enabled in the settings/display area but nothing.  Anyone have any thoughts?

Hi.  The menu option is in your user menu at the top of the home page.

 

Are ffmpeg logs generated on the server?
