Subtitles not loading

Subtitles or movies with soft embedded subtitles don't load half the time. It isn't every movie; just some.

With these movies, i can sometimes turn subtitles off and on and they will show.

With some of these movies, I have to turn subtitles off and on then seek backwards, pause, and then they will show.

Point is I have to play around with the subtitles for them to show but it isn't guaranteed that they will show when I play around with them.
