JohnsLibrary 9 Posted February 25, 2020 Author Posted February 25, 2020 So I have uninstalled and re-installed to the latest version and still the problem persists. Emby Server loads and then exits. So far as I can see from the logs, the error is showing this: Error ServerWMC: Failed check for checking for newest ServerWMC version number: System.Net.WebException: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond. ebr 16184 Posted February 25, 2020 Posted February 25, 2020 Hi. So the reason you are getting that error from FireFox is because the server isn't running. Does the server stay up if you uninstall the ServerWMC plug-in (delete the dll if the server won't stay up for you to uninstall normally)?

So I went ahead and uninstalled ServerWMC completely and still doesn't work.
