Camera Upload - seeing less files on server vs. what app uploaded

I recently started using the camera upload feature of Emby server/Emby Android App. It's awesome! However, I did notice something odd. I see that on my Android device, it said that it successfully uploaded over 2400 items, but on the server, I only see 672 items. In the folder where the uploads landed, I see 705 items.

 

Regardless of the specific numbers of items, any ideas why I would see that my device uploads more than what is shown in the server and that the server would show a different number of files vs what is actually in the folder? I'm not seeing any errors in the log file, but I can attach it if it is necessary. I was mostly just curious if anyone else has seen this behavior.
