Should "Cast & Crew" under each movie contain photos?

Mine looks like below, shouldn't it show photos for actors etc.?

Yes, if you have images for them. Need more info.

 

Are you using MB to retrieve metadata, or an external program?

 

If you have images for them in your IBN People folder, is the folder set up correctly? (See this link for details)
