wont play video

Ive tried several times over the last month or so but if I access the browser version if mb3 on my windows phone 8 and try to play a video it just pops up a small black video box in corner but doesn't do anything.

 

I may be going mad but I'm sure it used to stream fine when I first tried when I first got the phone.

Re-did my PC and video won't play in IE10, installed WebM from google.... but gives my an "Invalid Source"....

 It pays fine in MBT, MBC and Chrome

Just updated Server to latest version 3.0.5112.40848....

 

IE11 still can't play my videos, still show "Invalid Source" 

 

BTW: I like the new Dashboard

after it says invalid source try changing the quality levers and seeing if any of them work

 

and also, tell microsoft to get with the program
