maegibbons 1287 Posted February 20, 2020 Posted February 20, 2020 Pinging 192.168.1.2 is itself so should always work. Can you see internet from laptop? If so then EITHER there is still a firewall running on the ROUTER or on the server PC. If it was working before router change then probably Router. If you are sure ALL firewalls are off on PC then it has to be router. So you would need to ask on router forum what issue could be. Point them to this thread so they can see diagnostic steps taken this far. Otherwise get another router!! Out of the box it really shouldnt be that complicated.
