Cant log in anylonger (Server 3.0.5287)

Hello Forum.

 

I recently installed the latest version of MB Server but now, I'm not able to login using the web client any longer.

The login name and pw is for sure correct, it is working correctly out of the box using the MB Android app.

 

On the webclient, I get a short message that there is a problem on the page, but it disappears that fast that I can not read the whole text. Then I get the message that Username or login is incorrect.

 

I tried different browsers (Chrome and IE on PC, Chrome / Firefox and Android Browser on Mobile) all with the same problem. Also clearing the browsers cache files and cookies did not solve the problem.

Now the same problem with the MB3 Android APP.After logging out and trying to login again, it is not possible any longer. One user (a hidden one) get "an invalid resonse from server". Another user (not hidden, selectable) is showing wrong login credentials.

what browser? i just tested with IE and Chrome and couldn't reproduce.

Tested the following:

On my PC: Version 27.0.1453.94

On Android: Chrome 35.0.1916.141, Android Browser of Android 4.3, MediaBrowser APP 1.0.45

 

Interesting behavior:

I'm able to login with MediaBrowser app with an account where I checked "remember me". (stored Token?)

Other accounts, where I have to manually enter a PIN, do no work. Hidden accounts gives an "invalid response from server" (see screenshot below)

I solved the problem.

 

I was able to gain access to the dashboard by using a local host connection. Then I reseted every password and set it again (to the same password as it was before) and it is now working.
