How to start over, a clean slate?

I've been mucking around for a bit and i'd like to start over. I can remove the Libraries, but is there anything else? I saw a post somewhere about doing a 'vacuum' of the database. I don't know what that means, but it sounds like it will remove redundant entries.

 

Is there some kind of master reset button or 'keep settings but ditch all media Libraries, associated metadata and clean out the database' type option?

I would uninstall emby server and than look for emby server folder in AppData\roaming folder and delete it then install emby server.
