how do i make a pre roll play without trailers playing?

 

i have changed some settings. either i get trailers and my pre roll or no trailers and no pre roll.

i did same issue, had to also remove include trailers from movies in my library.

So, you had told it to play trailers from your library but were wondering why it was playing trailers? 

 

I guess, we could allow you to select "0" for the number of trailers to play if that would be more obvious...

Yes.  Selecting any of those options is telling the system to use those sources to find trailers to play before playback.
