Settings for subtitles and audio track not applied

Hi,

 

for my LG webos TV the settings for subtitles and the audio track are not applied at all. Even if subtitles show as "off" for me, I get English subtitles for example.

 

Please fix this.

Can you please check the webOS version for you TV from the menu?  What model is your TV?

 

What you describe is a known issue for webOS 1 and 2.
