No playback Tizen app on Samsung TV

Sorry my English is not good.

If I want to play movies on my Samsung TV (Emby), it takes a long time or sometimes not or it stops. But when I play a movie via the Emby app on my mobile, it works immediately. Tablet also works immediately. But not about my Samsunf tv. I use the Tizen app because I am from Germany. I also tried different Samsung TV models, but the same problem. If had an idea.

Maybe it help but I have sometimes situation that movie don't start and it stays at 00:00. Then I just jump forward 30s with remote control and it starts to play....
