everyone 0 Posted February 13, 2020 Posted February 13, 2020 When I play back a DVR recording on my Roku which is hardwired, it buffers every few minutes and sometimes has pixelation. When I play the same file on my phone (pixel 3a xl), it is perfect. What's going on?
