Installed current Emby server and it multiplied all my playlists!

I installed the latest version of the Emby server on Linux (Mint) before we left for a medical trip and I noticed that all of my playlists were multiplied - most are in there twice but some are quadrupled. I’ve made absolutely no changes to my playlists at all but suddenly, they were all duplicated - in some cases multiple times.

 

Now that we’re back home, I was looking for a new version of the server hoping it would be available and have fixed this issue - since installing the latest version correlated exactly with the playlist duplication issue. Any ideas to help fix this would be amazing. Thanks so much!
