OmarMurillo 0 Posted February 10, 2020 Posted February 10, 2020 (edited) I have a library that is all 4k material. Mostly all of my users cant handle a 4k stream so I would like to know if it possible to remove 4k library from appearing in the what's new and up next section. I do not want to remove the actual library though completely from them because I would like for it to still be accessible. I know on plex you can hide library's from home screen and if you wanted to go to the 4k library you just navigate to it in the side menu Edited February 10, 2020 by OmarMurillo

I know on plex you can hide library's from home screen and if you wanted to go to the 4k library you just navigate to it in the side menu It is even easier than Plex. In the web browser click the three dots next to "My Media" Scroll down below the Library Order section Uncheck the box below the library you want to hide that says [] Display in secondary home screen sections such as latest media and continue watching An library that has that box unchecked will not show in "Next Up" ect.

Will this apply to all users though?
Gilgamesh_48 1240 Posted February 10, 2020 Posted February 10, 2020 Will this apply to all users though? I do not see why not. At least as long as the administrator of the system sets it that way. My suggestion is to test and see. I am the only user on my system but I think that change applies globally.
Happy2Play 9788 Posted February 11, 2020 Posted February 11, 2020 Will this apply to all users though? No as Home Screen settings are a per user options.
Gilgamesh_48 1240 Posted February 11, 2020 Posted February 11, 2020 No as Home Screen settings are a per user options. Hmm, I did not know that. I only have the one user, me, so I never ran into any setting that did not cover all my users. I defer to the Gods of Emby or at least the lesser demons.
