Emby App on Shield

I have Emby on my Shield, Fire TV, and Roku TV,  All have worked wonderfully until recently.  I cannot get logged in on the Shield.  When I open Emby, it goes directly to the screen that says "Sign in with Connect".  I go the emby.media/pin, enter the pin, and it says "pin confirmed".  Then on the app select "Next".   However, I get no option to select a server.  I only get "other options".

 

How can I get the app working again on my shield.  Not tech savvy here, so go easy. LOL

They may have removed your access. Can you please consult with them on this?

They haven't removed my access.  The app on my Firestick and Roku TV work.    I have been round and round with my provider and they have no answer.

Have you tried entering the server address manually?

I don't know where to get that.  When I select that option, there is already an address and port number filled in.  However, when I select OK, it only takes me back to the previous screen.

You have to talk to the server owner to determine how to connect to it (the host and port).

And that is exactly why I came here to ask.  He is not very helpful.  Oh well......guess I'll just let it end.
