Louis6677 0 Posted February 10, 2020 Posted February 10, 2020 Hi, I am new to Emby and recently subscribed to Emby and access server EU2. I use a Nvidia Shield TV device with the Emby App. My internet speed is 600Mbs. I am so frustrated...Although the home page loads very fast, any movie or tv show takes forever to start playback. Some content never plays at all and those that eventually starts playback, are buffering most of the time. Can anyone please give me some advice. Much appreciated guys...
pwhodges 2014 Posted February 10, 2020 Posted February 10, 2020 Emby's automatic speed selection appears to select unnecessarily slow speeds for some people. It is often worth going into the Emby client settings and explicitly selecting a speed which you feel matches your network connection. Paul
